How to size a bi fold door...

I have a rough opening of 62"x82" for a closet door, I do believe I would need a 60"x80" bi fold door. I can't find many 60"x80" doors, would I have to buy (2) 30"x80" bi fold doors and put them together that way?

That's correct. And you will need to build a wood jamb and get 6 pieces of casing to trim the opening. Some people like to put door stop, base shoe or quarter round on the jambs around the doors too. And something to cover up the metal track on top.

You could also consider sliding bypass doors.

I was thinking about sliding doors but I have a long dresser going in that closet, if I went with the sliders I wouldn't be able to pull the dresser drawers out, that's why I needed doors that would fully open, but I do like sliders better.
