Velux window problem
Hi there,
We have two Velux windows in our attic bedrooms. The higher one won't close fully - it will shut but the top ventilation bar will not close. On closer inspection the wood looks warped as the two sides aren't aligned in place. The window is clearly quite old but we're wondering
1) Who the best person to contact is for advice
2) Whether or not a completely new window is needed
3) If so, whether this would slot in quite easily or need a complete overhaul to install
