Window sizing difficulties

I'm in the middle of remodeling my bathroom. I want to replace the window because at some point it was already replaced with a vinyl pocket window and the panes leak such that there's mold in between them. I'd like to replace this with a new construction Andersen window to match what's in the next room over, I believe they are 400 series(white interior and exterior, although they don't tilt). I don't mind doing a new construction, full frame unit because on that floor of the house it's just vinyl siding outside, and how hard could it be to peel that back?

Anyway, I'm having sizing issues. I cannot find a window size I'm happy with based on the rough opening. The current situation is as follows:

Rough opening: 34 1/4" x 49"
Existing window frame: 33 1/4" x 48 1/2"

The closest I found was the Andersen TW23810 which measures 33 5/8" x 48 7/8". I'm happy with the width of that but 1/8" TOTAL clearance on height seems awful tight.

What are you thinking?

Looks good to me. Any carpenter worth his salt can resize a rough opening if needed.

Appreciate the input! To be clear , you are happy with the proposed window unit size given the existing RO size, or are you suggesting to resize the RO? What clearances do you prefer when sizing windows to RO's or vice versa?
