Leakiness on inside - notice that water going into weep holes on outside come in under door ? aren't weep holes supposed to weep outside ?

full door pic

leaks from interior under the door ?

Exterior weep hole is not clogged : But once the water goes it comes out the inside ? that's not right !

weep holes on exterior on both sides

no weep holes on outside under door : where does the water come out after it goes into the weep holes ? something does not seem right here ?

Vinyl doors were a bad idea at their inception. Without knowing anything about the door brand, model, or being able to see their cross section diagrams, its impossible for us to say. Generally its possible for weep holes to let water in just as easily as they let water out. They are completely reliant on the bottom portion of the frame being water tight. When the frame gets a crack in it, such as might occur at a welded corner... or at a hole or screw that was drilled into it by a well meaning installer, it can leak.
And nowadays, most mfg's will ultimately blame any leaks on an installer that did not install the door on a sill pan. A sill pan is like a dam and is designed to prevent any sort of leak from getting past it.
I don't know that there is any solution to your problem. Its possible there are weep holes that are not visible in your final picture under the bottom of the frame. Or you could drill your own holes in the front of the frame. But even if you did, it won't likely stop the leak under your door.

sorry no gold label and i have looked everywhere
almost inclined to caulk drip holes and drill my own weeps facing outside
also planning on spraying foam in interior under door to block any draft / air coming in
hate when i have to do a hack job.
Thanks anyway

GOE stands for Soft-lite Gorell LLC. That's about all I can tell you. You could always try to contact them directly for service but I can tell you you'd better get used to disappointment.
