Metal door stop strip for metal door frame

We have these metal door frames with the stop portion being a strip of metal that clicks into a channel that runs around the jamb.

The channel width is 1/2" and the width of the door stop itself is 3/4"

There is a little channel on the side of the stop strip material where you can slide in a piece of weather stripping.

I tried searching for "metal door frame stop" and couldn't find anything - perhaps I'm not calling it by it's correct name.

I also looked over the metal frame to see if there was any manufacturer stickers or markings, which there was not.

Any idea where I can find something like this? I need a 4' length of it.

Thanks in advance.

Its extruded aluminum door stop. And you would have to take one off in order to match the profile exactly. It clips into a groove so in order to snap it into place it can't be the slightest bit off, unless you plan to drill it and screw it on.

Typically they do not come with weatherstripping, that is ordered separately.

Here is an example.

If you only need to replace the weatherstripping, you don't need to replace the aluminum stop in order to do that.

Thanks, XSleeper!

Yes I’m aware clipping-in aspect of it. I had to reinstall the top portion.

I’ll remove the top portion to get some pictures/measurements and look around.
