Need window screen frame that is 23" x 67"...what are my options?

I've actually made a screen before but it was more of a square instead of one this length and it seems the price for screen frame kits increase exponentially if you want this length. Can you guys help with options?

Most hardware stores that do screen repair can make custom screens.

Most any commercial glass store can make custom screens.

And there are any number of online businesses that can make custom screens.

There are numerous sites online that sell screen kits and individual components. I'd look around for a price you like. With a screen that size you will need a center brace in the frame to prevent the long sides from being pulled in.

What kind of pricing are you getting?
At my store we would charge about $60 for this using fiberglass clothe screening.

You're going to pay about half to three quarters of that price in materials alone including tools if you don't have them. The rest is labor and profit. Have it done, and you get professional results and a hopefully a guarantee of sorts.

In which store do you work? Wondering if there's something similar here.

In my small town we have a olde school family run lumber yard/hardware store. They make custom screen frames and re-screen your existing frames. It's not advertised since they do so many things so it's the sort of thing you have to ask.
