Is is possible to covert non opening octagon window to an opening one?

can i convert this window into an opening vented window without messing up Stucco siding on the outside?? Just want it to be a functinal open and closed window as is.. can i just pop seals and add hings for example??? Thanks

No, fixed octagons are not usually put together in a way that would allow you to turn them into a casement.

They make octagons that open as a casement would, but its very unlikely that the company that made your window makes one that is compatible with your fixed frame.

When I remodeled our full bath I considered an operating octagon window but the price was 3-4 times that of a fixed glass octagon. Between HVAC and an exhaust fan I don't really miss not having an opening window.
