I'm trying to seal my front exterior door. I purchased a door bottom seal, but the gap is not big enough, and the door will not close with it installed. I felt the bottom of the door and can feel two groves. Is there a different solution for doors like this, something that fits in the grooves maybe?
Thanks for the response XSleeper. To compound things, I rent, and I've been told any repairs less than $100 are the tenant's responsibility, but this looks like more than just installing a door sweep.
How do you replace the IG glass unit in these types of units without removing the window panel?

Thanks
I have a bathroom door rubbing at the top. The root cause is the top screw on the hinge being loose not keeping the hinge flush resulting in a sagging door. I tried to tighten but the screw spins freely. Is there any easy way to fill the hole so I can re-use the existing hole? I could try a thicker screw but I suspect too much material loss.
