How do I replace this window glass?

It looks like you have a very thin piece of trim nailed to the perimeter on one side of the glass. It will likely break the trim when you try to remove it, so you will probably need to plan on putting a new piece of trim on.
Its usually a good idea to take a sharp utility knife and carefully cut along the edges of the stop to cut the paint... then take a stiff putty knife or sharp glazier's knife and tap it between the trim and the sash. Start in the middle and work toward the corners on your first piece. After you get the first piece out the others will be easier to remove. Look for the indentations from the nail holes in that little trim piece.

you know, a good glass shop will replace the glass with a quality double-pane glass and seal it so you will prob never have issues with it, maybe for a C note.
