Recommend Door Hinges for Bathrooms
Anyone have a recommendation on good rust resistant door hinges for bathrooms? I need to replace rusted out hinges for 2 separate bathroom doors. BTW - I am not necessarily a door expert so if any of these hinges are easier to replace than others that would be useful as well. I recently took the doors down to shave off 1/2 on the bottom (to allow doors to open easier when bathroom mats are down). I removed the pins when taking the doors down, and 1 of the hinges was very rusty and it was difficult to re-install
Some details:
* doors are solid - at least 50lbs each
* current hinges have a removable pin
* current hinges are 3/5" with a 1/4" radius
thanks in advance for any tips!

Your better quality hinges have ball bearings. So you can search for 1/4" radius 3.5 x 3.5 ball bearing hinges in the finish you are looking for and that and will get you started.

Thanks @xsleeper - I forgot to mention I 'think' I want to have a removable hinge pin.. For these doors I was going to try out one of those door stoppers that is installed via placement at the top of the hinge pin.. Not sure if any of the ball-bearing hinges have a removable pin?

Yes they do. That will be in the specifications. I don't know if you are ordering on the internet or trying to find a store locally. But Johnson Hardware is a common place in larger cities where they will usually have the higher end hinges in stock. Your major lumber yards that have door departments and hardware desks will as well.

XSleeper - so I was able to find some stainless steel hinges that had the exact same sizing/hole placement as my old rusty ones.. I followed some YouTube recommendations to replace them.. Basically leaving the door in-place, and replacing the hinges from the bottom to top while the door is still hanging. Question for you - the new stainless screws are a tiny bit longer than the old ones. When screwing these new ones in place, the 'wall' side screws are perfectly flush as before. However, the 'door' side screws are not as flush as they were before. Any recommendations? Is this something where it'll 'settle' over time and I can re-tighten a bit, or did I miss some steps to properly align
thanks in advance!

Hard to say what's going on there. If you are using the screws the new hinges came with, they should match the countersinking on your hinges. Both sides of the hinge should have the same size countersunk holes... and all your screw heads should be the same size. In other words, if you were holding the hinge in your hand, and you dropped a screw into any hole, they should be flush.
All that leaves is that the screws aren't tight... or weren't perfectly centered over the old hole. Take them out and drill a new pilot hole for them to ensure they aren't just bottoming out in the old holes of the old, shorter screws.
