Exterior Entrance Door Help

I am looking for ideas on how to fill the voids between the brick moulding and the stonework that surrounds my new front entrance door. Pictures are attached. Thanks!

Mortar is going to look the best. Tape the brickmould off to keep it clean.

Thanks, XSleeper. Would I then have to seal the joint between the composite brick moulding and the mortar? If so, should I use a clear silicone? The moulding is a Pella dark Mahogany color and Pella doesn't have sealant/caulk in that color. Thanks again for the help.

Looks like it will never get wet so I wouldn't caulk it. It will look better without.

Thanks, XSleeper. The door faces west and only gets wet if we have a hard wind driven rain from the west. I appreciate your input.
