Question

I have a problem with moisture inside the insulated windows. How can I eliminate this problem. It is so bad you cannot see clearly through the window. There are 2 panes of glass with an air pocket between them and moisture forms between the panes.

That moisture is ther because the seal of the glass is broken. The only way to fix it is to replace the Insulated Glass (IG) unit. Call a glass shop. They will have to come measure the unit (unless it is the sliding sash, which you can take to them) and order a new one for you. Should take about a week to get the new unit and about an hour to have it installed.
