Interior door hinge screws pulled out of door frame

I have an interior bedroom door that has two hinges on it. The lower hinge screws have pulled out of the framing and I need to re-attach the hinge. What would be the best way to repair this situation?

Fill the holes with some 5 minute epoxy and wood splints.......Match sticks.....a shave from a shim or a board.....Let set up, cut even to the jam with a utility knife or chissell and install the screws........

Thermal Window Glass replacement

THERMAL DUAL-PANE, AlUMINUM-BRONZE HORIZONTAL SLIDERS. I have 3 windows, same size, about 46" rectangle. Two of the slider sections have lost seal and have had condensation build-up for the last couple of years. I took one segment out (about 21" x 42" size and took it to a glass repair shop. I got a song and dance about ordering the glass and then when the glass came back, the repair guy would "install" it. He'd quoted me $34.00 over the phone, but now it was $64.00 because the "installation" meant putting the new, sealed-glass unit in the aluminum frame unit, NOT putting the window unit back in my house. When I got the original quote, I told him I would install it meaning when he got the vacuum-sealed unit back. Seems to me his definition of "installaton" really meant "assembly" of the unit whereas I assumed "installation" meant replacement in my house which I am going to do. I assumed that for the unit to be thermally sealed, it would have to have a vacuum-seal or perhaps have argon gas or something in it and I do not think that capability exists locally. The dealer screwing in 8 or 10 screws to lock the frame over a factory-sealed thermal unit seems to me to simply be more of the DIY project I started on when I took the unit out and into the dealer. What's going on? The price per screw seems pretty high! I think I'm getting a snow job. Can't I order the sealed unit, remove the old thermal unit from the aluminum frame and put it back together myself? I've already paid for these windows once. I don't want to have to pay someone $65.00 for each one for something I can easily do myself. I can't find a manufacturer's name on the unit so can't call them.
