Door Jamb Wood for 2 x 6's

I recently framed two walls - one with the standard 2 x 4's, the other I needed to use 2 x 6's. I plan to install bifold doors on each wall. The doors I have do not come prehung with their own jambs so I need to frame the door openings with door jamb wood. This was not a problem for the 2 x 4 wall since they make a specific jamb wood just for this purpose - it is approx 4 9/16 inches wide - wide enough to cover the 2 x 4 & leave 1/2 inch on each side to accomodate the sheetrock. I was not able to find similar door jamb wood designed to accomodate the 2 x 6's. It would have to be approx 6 5/8 inches wide - wide enough to accomodate the 2 x 6 & leave 1/2 inch on each side for the sheetrock. I tried Home Depot & called numerous lumbar yards and came up empty. Pretty much the answer I end up with is just to take a 1 x 8 and rip the width down to what I need. If I have to do this I will, I just thought it would be easier if I could find the "premade" jamb wood of the right size as was the case with the 2 x 4's. Do they make such an item for 2 x 6's & if so where can I get it? Thanks

I doubt you will find them......2x6 interior walls are uncommon except for a wall in the bath for plumbing. Get wider lumber and rip it down.
