whats the best replacement window yet affordable?

replacement windows... whats the best but yet still affordable? 2yr in a new construction and already having to replace due to condensation and mold. This is a lesson for you readers of BUYER BEWEAR!! Can someone offer some good advice on which to purchase?

What type of construction is it? What kind of windows? Where do you live? Might be excess humidity, not the windows.

If I were considering replacing 2 year old windows, I'd want to know WHY...were they that shoddy to start with ?? or have you got other problems that don't have anything to do with the window? Have you talked to the builder ?

More info.....we're collectively curious cats

This is new house. I live in Northern Georgia (climate). This may be a stupid question..... but I've heard people say that if you heat w/ propane gas it can cause this problem, is this true???? The windows are double paned and the latches have "alenco" As far as any other info,I really dont know. any help is appreciated.
