New Storm Door
I am replacing an exsisting storm door and although I never
thought much about it, does the inside door always open from
the opposite side of the storm door? After noticing this I began to notice the same thing at other peoples houses and am wondering why this is? Th handle on my storm door is on the right side of the door while the knob of the inside door is on the left side of the door.

The only time a storm door is hinged opposite of the inside door is if there is an obstruction (wall, landing, steps etc.) and so it's easier to enter or exit.
