How many inches should I leave my 108'' long curtain on the floor?
I have 108'' sheers and 108'' panels of curtain. I will use a single rod to hang the sheers and use a regular double rod to hang the panels and valance. How many inches should I have them rest on the floor?

That's totally up to you. There's no rule. What look are you going for? Will they be opened and closed daily or left stationary?
If you're going to open and close, they should be 1/4" off the floor. If stationary, they can just touch the floor, or break on the floor by letting it sit 1" to 2", or puddle by leaving anywhere from 3" to 6", or ballroom puddle by leaving 8" to 12".
