One sided wall curtain rod

I'm trying to make a floor to ceiling decorative pinch pleat curtain to hang on the left side of my bathtub with a tie back. I want it to have pinch pleats that hang from rings. The finished curtain panel will be about 15" wide and so there is no wall on the right side to attach the rod. I would need a rod that would somehow attach only to the left side wall and just a finial on the right side. I can't seem to find anything to use to hang this type of curtain. Since the rod will show it has to be decorative. Does anyone have any suggestions how I would hang it.

Hi and welcome to the forum!
You'd either have to use a swing-arm rod, which only attaches at one side, or you could mount ceiling brackets and hang a short rod from that.
