Visible lining + lumpy corner on valance

I'm not happy with the way the valance corner has been fabricated.

The liner seems too visible - should it have been totally or partially lined in the drape fabric?

Also, the corner seems very lumpy.

Will be very grateful for explanations of how this has happened and suggestions on how to correct.

Many thanks.

I will at least add a decking (which is a partial fabric at the bottom of the lining), to make sure no lining is showing, so yes, they should have done the same.
The lining part at the very end, appears to be detached from the fabric part. Is that what I'm seeing? That is a strange way of making this. It should be attached together all the way around. The bulk should have been cut out. Not sure what they did there and it does look odd and bulky.
I can't think of anyway to fix this, except to take it apart and redo.
Have you addressed this to the person that made these? Perhaps they can just redo the end portion without taking it all apart.

Many thanks, Shadeladie. They are scheduled to come by on Saturday to have a look at all the problems. Your suggestions will be extremely helpful to me in getting them to fix this.
