Venting Dryer and bathroom fan off the same exhaust?

Hi, I just finsihed off my basement and due to some physical constraints I may only have enough room for one exhaust in the basement. I have my dryer duct vent and my bathroom exhaust duct in the same area an was thinking I could vent them out together.

I would like to know if this practise is okay and if there is any special Y adaptor I could buy that could connect to the 4" duct work I am using. I also understand that I would need some sort of flap dampener in the adaptor to reduce and back flow. Any help would be appreciated on this issue.

No, I would never tie to exhast type system together.

Dryer makes alot of lint, if if you tie into your bath fan, it will plug up.. I am sure it's code for many area that each exhast system must go out on it's own.
