Hi guys - im very new to this and on top of that - im useless at DIY.

Anyway i wonder if anyone can help?

In my kitchen i have an internal extractor fan which works when you open a cupboard door for when you are cooking etc. this fan has now stopped blowing.

the fan used to come on along with a light underneath the extractor however now i only have the light? i have no idea what is wrong with it and i have no idea where to begin. can any of you guys point my in the right direction of what to do or who to contact.

??? When you open a cabinet door the fan comes on?? I never heard of that..

Is there a switch that you turn on the fan, and speed?? Light switch as well??

Make sure there is power going to the fan.

Yeh there is a switch to operate the fan and adjust its power. it was me moving the switch to a different power that seems to have broken it.

the light works fine?
