Question Adding Small Fan to Ducts?

We've got a 1986 home with vaulted ceilings in nearly every room. That equates to about two feet of crawl space in the "attic" to access our ducts, etc.

We're noticing that not much cool air is getting from the original fan to our master bedroom on the opposite site of the house. I'm going up tomorrow to check for leaks/tears in the ductwork, but I'm wondering if there is a small fan that we could splice into the duct that could push the air along the duct. Any ideas?

Thanks,
GreyhoundGuy

They will not do much good! Make sure your fan is on high, coil clean filter clean. If air flow is still bad and their are no leaks then it is a design problem!

I agree with Airman. Those duct boosters rarely if ever help.
