Wink

We cut and put registers in the duct work in a crawl space you need it under the floor. Seal all vents, insulation on the wall there and a 6 mil poly on the ground.

Do you still need help?

How do you know the hole is there? Can you see it? How far away is it.

Worst case: A way would be to cut a hole in the floor, patch the duct, and put repair the floor...or install a dummy floor grill if it wouldn't look too strange.
