temp difference in rooms

temp difference in rooms
I have 2 rooms where the temp is about 3-3.5 deg. difference. Would it be better to add a return or supply in these rooms. There are 2 returns in the house 1 under the AH and one about 20 ft in a large room. The rest of the house stays within a deg or so.

How big are the room that is colder ( or warmer?) that you are talking about? How many supply vent in this rooms?

1 is 196 sq ft with one 8" supply on the South West coner of house with 2 windows, 1 is 270 sq ft with 2 6" supplies on the North West corner of house with 3 windows. I know my unit is OS they do not make a 4.5 so they put a 5 in, it does short cycle some. I do plan to add on in the future which will help the cycling.
