Ventilating a rehearsal studio

Hello,

I am building a 10'x12' (with 7-8 ft ceiling) music rehearsal room inside my garage. It's an 18'x22' two car garage with a vaulted ceiling. I am trying to determine the most cost efficient ventilation system for the rehearsal room without creating a huge sound leak in the studio. My main concern is the room getting way too hot and the air too stagnant, being that 3-5 people will be in the room at any given time with several electronics running within it.

Also, I've found in other studios that some ventilation systems serve as a huge sound leak and I can't have that as I am in a residential neighborhood.

Can anyone recommend something low-key, along the lines of a simple exaust system and fresh air intake?

Thank you in advance.
