Size of HVAC unit.

I am trying to sell my older house which has a York a/c outside unit. The last home inspector told a potential buyer that it was undersized. Someone has since told me that you can tell from the model number. The house is roughly 2100 sq-ft. Approx 6" blown in insulation in attic. Wall have no insulation except for where I remodeled which would make it about 10%. No insulation under house. The York unit Model number is H2CB036S06A. Can someone help me figure out what the ton rating is?

It's a 3 ton! I'd take that inspector to court. Unless he did a load cal on the home you can't tell if it is under sized.
