Heating duct work

I am running new heating duct work in a house I am rennovating. I lack experience in heating and cooling. Do I need a cold air return vent in each room? Does the heat supply need to run on the outside walls and the cold air return on the inside walls?

Can have one return, two returns, are what ever you won't. Returns will need to be put on the interior of the home. Suyplies on out side walls. This will most likely get moved to the hvac form

And you will want to balance the size of the returns and supplies. Yeah, see ya in the HVAC forum.
