Unhappy water dripping from ceiling vent?

I have hot water baseboard heat with separate central AC in the attic. In one bedroom I have water dripping from the AC vent in the ceiling. It is 30 degrees so I am obviously not using the AC right now. It comes and goes, but the vent is directly under my daughters bed. My thought is that it is condensation, because there is no water piping in the attic and it has not rained recently. Is there anything I can do to remedy this? Any advice would be appriciated.

Thank you,

Steve

Take the grill off. Take newspaper ball it up and place in a plastic bag and stuf in duct.
