In-line Duct Fan

The air outlets in my bedroom are the furthest from the furnace. I would like to install a 115VAC in-line duct fan to improve air flow. Is it possible to wire this directly to my furnace so it comes on when the blower does? The furnace is a Trane model # TUD 080R9V4K4 Mfg 3/08.
Thanks for any help.

Typically, these do not have beneficial effect, you cannot provide more air when the issue is not enough air in the first place.

You have duct issues. Fix the airflow by fixing the duct which could be as simple as installing larger duct to that room. As said you can't push air that not there to push.
