Choosing a new quiet bathroom fan.

I am looking to replace three ancient barely working bathroom fans in my house with something newer. The main features I want are power and silence. It appears that the Broan Ultra and the Panasonic Whisper are the two series that would fit the bill - does one of them have any real benefit over the other? I am probably going to replace the ducts with the fans, so the duct size doesn't matter to me. Also, I think I'll be needing 110 CFM models. Any advice? Thanks!

I only use the Panasonic ones now. They are well built and quiet. Definitely my choice.

No real experience with the higher end stuff....

I've seen more than a few comments that though the Panasonic are very good....but they seem to change designs often and parts are a problem. Can't confirm that...and if they are well designed, why would you need parts?

Overall...people seem to like them though.

I'd recommend the type with the humidity sensor for any rooms with showers or baths.
