Hello guys. I m realy bad at electrical stuff. But i need to wire my fan. I just dont know how to connect the corresponding wires,different colors have confused me. So the fan has 2 speeds,but that realy doesnt bother me right now because i just want to connect it in one of 2 speeds. Fan:black,brown,white. But my circut has blue,black and green with stripes. So i think that fan does not have ground,corresponding ground in my circut is green one, so i do not need the green one. Am i correct? now i Have black,brown,wihite and black,blue. How do i wire these?PLease help.

I have purchased a 12x32 wood siding shed with metal roof; it has two loft spaces on each end. I am converting this space to be a living space with the lofts being space for sleeping. This shed had two vents on each end (loft areas). Do I leave these open and exposed to the inside or can I put my insulation and drywall over these vents or are these vents necessary?? When the shed is complete, it will have a window a/c and electric heating sources. I am installing a radiant barrier over the insulation in the roof area. Any help would be great.
