friedrich breeze mini split outside fan not running

I got the breeze (BR0412W1A) unit. It's only one year old. AC air is not cold. I notice outside unit motor fan is NOT running at all. I opened up the outside unit and found the computer board. I see there is a 7-pin connector to the FAN. I want to see what test i can run to determine if the motor is bad, or other part is bad. I think the following are the schematics.

Welcome to the forums.

That's an electronic motor with feedback. It's not going to be easy to troubleshoot.

Pin 5 (15v) to pin 4 (ground) should measure 15vdc.
Pin 6 is the PWM (pulse width modulator) drive pin.... aka speed control from board to motor.
Pin 7 is feedback from the motor to the board. Should be 5v or less.

Pin 1 says DCV-F .... that could be the power to the fan itself. Not sure what the voltage is from the piece of schematic you posted.

Only a year old..... still under warranty ?

Thanks for the response. I will have to call Friedrich. Hopefully they have authorized service near my area.

Is there any easy way to just see if the motor works or not, e.g. feed voltage to pin 1 (assuming i find out what voltage is DCV-F), and ground to pin 4 (?) ?
