HVAC vents

My vents are either in the ceiling or in the walls (high). They are not in the slab or floor. I have one vent, which is in the wall, with good air circulation but greatly reduced heat temperature as from other vents. What might the problem be.?

Is it exposed to cold/unheated/outside air at all along its path? Like through an uninsulated attic?

Attic is fully insulated but of course is cold. There is good air flow through that vent. How about a serious tear/hole in the conductor (don"t know what to call it). But if there is some kind of hole, there would not be good air flow?

I doubt there is a hole in the ductwork. Is it metal duct or flexible? Could be missing insulation on metal duct.

HVAC vents

It is black insulated wrapped flexible. My age & health prevents me from going up into the attic.
