Poor duct connections + Unsealed gaps at cooling supply duct
My home inspection report states the following:
* Poor duct connections (throughout basement)
* Cooling: Refrigerant Lines - unsealed gaps at supply duct (plenum)
For the poor duct connections, is it just a matter of getting any kind of aluminum foil tape and applying it to the joints?
Not sure what the second one is.

Yes, you can use aluminum tape, duct mastic, or duct seal which is a kind of putty commonly found in the electrical section of the store.
The refrigerant lines are the copper lines going to, and from, your outside A/C condenser. These lines go to the evaporator inside your plenum. Most cases you want to seal them with duct seal.

Thanks. I also noticed that the report says 'Duct Insulation incomplete / missing in attic above bathroom.' Is it just a matter of, again, wrapping it with duct seal?

Sounds like you have an uninsulated duct in the attic, not just an unsealed one. Easy to pop your head up there and look?
