Wiring 2 speed attic fan motor

I have a Emerson WHF 302 2 speed belt driven attic fan can you tell me if it does use a start-up compacitor or is it all in the motor already and can you tell me how you would wire this it came with what is believed to be a timer not needed and a 3 wire switch off is in center and high and low positions and on the motor are 3 lugs as you can see in picture of the motor common,high and low Name:  13874990_10153966912118422_1468976189_n.jpg

There is no external capacitor required for operation.
