Replacing AC- Mold in air handler and plenum

I am getting quotes for replacing my AC system. Air handler in attic and outdoor condenser. Air handler and parts if plenum have mold in them. Do I need to replace the flex duct runs as well? I have gotten quotes all over the board for replacing system and none mention replacing flex duct even though they are moving all of my registers to outside walls. They are currently centered in my bedrooms and in my LR and DR. I would think they would have to replace the flex in order to route it properly. Any advice is appreciated.

You would need to confirm with the contractor.
They'll be too short.... I doubt they would splice them.
