No air coming out of all vents In front part of home

Hi Everyone,
I just moved into a 3 story townhome that's about 25 years old. We noticed that air only blows out of the vents in the back of the house in all levels. It's 65 degrees in main bedroom but 80 degrees in front 2 bedrooms. We located the damper (only found one at the main vent above unit) but was broken off with the screw inside the vent. We have it placed, for now, where air can flow through but still won't go in the other bedrooms and living room on middle floor. Is there another damper I'm missing?

Any advise and help is greatly appreciated!!

Welcome to the forums.

There could be several dampers. One for each larger trunk or tap-off.
Unfortunately you'll need to become a detective to find them as they are not put in any type of "standard" location.

I have a split level home. I have three dampers that control the three main tap-offs.
Mine are in the basement and as my basement is not finished.... they are easy to see.
