Noisy furnace

Replaced forced air oil burner with a new propane one, now my heating cycle is very noisy, on lowest it can be put on, air noise. I think my return is to short . Only have two returns and they are close together. Thanks for any input.

What is the duct sizes for the new furnace, and how big is the new furnace? How was that size furnace decided upon? What is return air velocity and total external static pressure?

When you installed the new furnace , exactly what changes were made? Did they/you change the furnace size, input, duct changes, add or subtract ducts, change any duct sizes, anything else? When you said that the return is too short, what did you mean?
