Urethane for dryer vent?

Is it ok to use urethane to seal around a 4" dryer vent in brick/drywall as it exits the house or should something else be used with better heat proof capabilities?

Secondly, for a vent exit, do I need to use a 5" sleeve around the 4" pipe or can the 4" vent just exit directly into the hood?

It's only warm air exiting the dryer. Double pipe is not necessary. Urethane is fine, but I would use fiberglass. That way it's easy to replace or repair down the road.
