I was passing some co-axial cables through some existing holes drilled through my floor joists when I noticed a spot where two holes were drilled. On the other side of one of the holes is a 6" duct pipe and there is a tiny hole in it (approximately 1/32") I'm guessing from the drill bit used to drill the hole. When I put my finger to the hole I feel cold air coming out (AC is on). What is the best way to plug this hole? I'm sure the best way is to replace this section of pipe, but it looks like it would be a real pain in the a**. The photo below doesn't show the hole. It just shows the duct pipe.

Installer quote for replacing HVAC supply and return duct work stated they use "JBL" duct work . I've tried to google that name but I can not get any hits that reference that brand. Does anyone have a reference for the brand or heard of it? I want to make sure it's not some off brand low quality stuff. Any links would be appreciated. Thanks.
