GE Washer - Motor not spinning

GE Washer - Motor not spinning
My GE washing machine doesn't spin or agitate.
It fills and drains just fine.
I can turn the belt by hand which turns the tub.
The motor isn't turning on at all.
All other connections look fine.
The original solution given to me was it had a bad motor. So I replaced the motor and capactor which didn't change my situation. I next bypassed the lid switch to check if the switch was bad. No change. My next thought is that something in the timer assm is bad, but I'm not sure. So it that a possible problem? Is there something else I'm missing that controls the motor?
Thanks for your help.

A rely? The included with the new motor was the wiring with a small box on it, the capacitor, and screws. And since this is a front access machine, it would be either in the controls or in the front.
Looking at an exploded view of the washer, I'm not sure what you're talking about.
Here is an exploded view of the machine:

What part do you mean?
Thanks

Curious about what solved your problem..
Having what seems to be the same problem as you with the motor not spinning and agitating. Checked the safety switch on the door, and I checked the motor and it appears to be good.
