Freezer Not Working Properly
My KitchenAid side by side (2yrs. old) is not working properly on the freezer side. At least once a week I open it to find the food thawing out. I checked the seal, cleared the vents from the fridge side to the freezer side, and cleaned the coils. I turn the setting to max and make sure it stays closed for most of the day and the food will refreeze. It is though something is not going completely out but failing to work all the time.

If your K/A is only 2 yrs old I would suggest having factory service on it.
In most cases if someone works on it before the warranty is out it may in fact void what warranty you have left.
I would call Whirlpool/Kitchen Aid give them model and Serial number ask them what warranty coverage you have still.
