my dishwasher won't drain
my dishwasher will not drain. Can't see if plugged or where it drains out of is there something I can do myself to fix this something i can run through it without harming anything

Hi dishwasherdread,
- there are different methods for draining on dishwashers. The type and# is necessary to define a problem.
Having said that, there are some common problems, one of which is items caught in the pump intake. other more serious problems can be the impeller broken or the motor only turning one way.
Do it Right - Do it once.
