whirlpool washer-help I'm new!
Help, I'm a single mom and don't have the money to pay a repairman. My Whirlpool washer has water coming in but it never fills. The water just continues to run in.

This sounds like a Water Level Control problem. The WLC has a tube that runs from the bottom of the drum, up to the control. It is an airtight tube. If it gets a pinhople leak in it then the pressure from the incoming water will not let the control know the tub is filled to the proper level and shut off the water supply. You will have to remove the back of the washer and locate the tube. Check it for leaks. If the tube is okay, then it is the WLC itself and will have to be replaced. Good luck.
