Need Kenmore Washer Help - only fills!
I have a Kenmore Washing Machine that will only fill...it then has a slight humming noise and I believe I smell a slight burning smell.
It is Model #110.23032100 - I believe it's made by Whirlpool.
It won't agitate, won't spin. I've manually taken the water out.
It is only 2 years old. Looking at the back it is Direct Drive. I've been reading the previous posts here and elsewhere...do you think it's the motor coupler. Should I start there? Thanks.

CHECK THE WIRE CONNECIONS AT THE MOTOR AND REMOVE THE PUMP FROM THE MOTOR AND TRY RUNNING IT... MAY BE SMALL ITEM IN THE PUMP...
