Hello and tks so much for this site. I am having dryer problems, no heat. I have read all the other thread's and no what to look for and what not to look for. I just dont know where to look, I removed the back of my dryer and found the heating coils, they looked to be in order. but did not turn red, not getting hot. Would you please tell me, where to find all the other items, that had been metioned. please any response would be appreciated. tks

RUNS BUT NO HEAT.... 1ST THING TO CHECK IS THERE 220 GOING TO THE MACHINE... THEN UNPLUG UNIT... CHECK HEATER FOR CONTINUITY AND AT THE TOP OF THE HEATER BOX IS A THERMAL FUSE... CHECK THAT ALSO FOR CONTINUITY...

Additional Suggestions:
Read the manufacturers online web site for product information, problem possibilities, causes, solving methods, part locations, disassembly, reassembly methods, repair procedures, pictorials, schematics, downloadable repair and or owners manuals which may be available online.
Retail appliance parts dealers can also help determine what the most likely possible problem may be. They will need the make, model and serial numbers. Appliance parts dealers are an excellent source for original replacement parts and problem resolving matters. Dealers are listed in the phone book under appliances.
Be sure the electrical power to the appliance is turned off, before attempting any repairs.
Use the reply button to add additional information or ask additional questions. Doing so will automatically move or keep your question to the top of the forums list of questions.
Regards & Good Luck.

Ok I bought a multimeter, checked all my connection. I have power going to and from all connections. What next, is it that my heater coil is bad, I find it hard to believe that it would burn out in a lil less than a year old, please someone give me a reply. (fustrated as all get out) but dont have the money for a real repairman.
