Westinghouse dishwasher problem

Model: White-Westinghouse Power System dishwasher - worked fine for 8 years. It suddenly stops washing operation after the startup water fill.
The spray arms and floater don't appear seized. The timer advances and clicks througout the cycle but there is no action other than a brief hum. The
motor or pump don't seem to kick in. I stop the machine at the dry/blow cycle but the water isn't drained.
You have advised people to check for filter clogs but I am not familiar with disassembling the parts that lead to the filter/impeller. Would you please show me an exploded assembly diagram of the relevant parts? Are there other causes that you can guide me through to troubleshoot?

Many thanx.

Check For Volage To The Motor (120 V) Youll Have To Find The Wire Diagram To Chck The Right Wires,,, Diagram Should Be On The Bottom Kick Plate....
