whirlpool dishwasher problem

We have a whirlpool dishwasher (model # GU1500XTLB3). It is 10 months old. We have had a problem with residue on the cutlery and other things after some Dawn dish soap got in the washer. We ran a cycle with vinegar. We then had a service man out who informed us of the dish soap problem and also replaced the motor (in case of clogged valves). We have since run the "rinse only" cycle about a dozen times in an effort to eliminate the dish soap. However, the white residue still remains. In a recent water analysis, our total water hardness was 190 mg/l. Any suggestions?

EVERY TIME YOU RUN THE RINSE YOU ARE ACTIVATING THE RINSE AGENT DISPENSER... CHECK THIS AND PUT IT ON THE LOWEST SETTING.... AND IF NOT USING TRY CASCASE SOAP AND USE HALF AS MUCH.... ALSO
YOU MAY WANT TO CHECK THIS SITE FOR A STOP USE RECALL ON CERTAIN
WHIRLPOOL AND KENMORE DISHWASHERS
