I am a new here and I ask for help. I have a Maytag quiet series 300 dishwasher. The water is not entering the machine. I have already changed the valve, which I purchased from Maytag. Can that be a motor? :confused: When dishwasher stop working I start looking for problems. First I check all the parts, and then I check if there is water coming to the washer and there was the problem. The valve in the basement providing water for the dishwasher was not working; the washer in the valve was all the way up blocking water access to the dishwasher. My first thought was it is burned valve and I have to change it. So I did and washer still does not work. Any ideas how I can solve this problem? Greetings, Pete

Hey, I have an intermitent problem that is on going.The refrigerator section will start getting warm after it is running fine for awhile.I'll start hearing a type of clacking noise like the fan is hitting something and then the air flow starts slowing down to the refrigerator and that's when it starts getting warm in the refrigerator.I've taken it apart several times and defrosted it,as the lower section of the freezer starts freezing up when this problem comes back.I've had a tecnician with over 20 years experience come to check it out and he couldn't figure it out,it has me stumped too.I've checked the defrost heater and it gives me full continuity.The thermostat is closed when it is suppose to be and opens at the right temperature.I've checked the defrost timer by putting the refrigerator into defrost and it does it's thing and then starts running again like it should.I've also heard it go into defrost by itself automatically.The last time I put it back together it ran fine for about one week and then today it started getting warm again in the refrigerator.Checked it out and the evaporator coil was blocking up again with ice.defrosted it again and here I am again back in the same place.Wondering how long it will be before it does it again. I will be more than happy to here any possible answers to my problem.I use to work on refrigerators myself and was a certified technician,but no longer am I to work.I greatly appreciate any helpful advice.Here's the info Frigidare sxs frs24xgcbo. :coffee:
