Kenmore washer stuck btwn rinse & spin
3 yr old washer. swishes things clean but water doesnt drain and you can hear it click to try to spin. where do i start? please help.

Try to start the washer,with water in it, in the drain position and if the motor tries to go,but can't,check the pump and hoses for obstructions etc.. If it does not try to go check the lid switch.
The lid switch is in the circuit and the switch would need to be closed to work the drain and spin cycle.Sometimes the lid does not push the plunger down far enough to make contact.
